Mentoring & Personal Development
Building confidence and giving people the tools to tackling the challenges they face throughout life is a priceless skill. Our one-to-one coaching/mentoring program can provide the guidance you need to enrich your lifestyle and focus on on-going skills development. At Creativ Minds we offer NDIS mentoring programs in the following areas:
Development of Daily Living & Life Skills
Focusing on development and skill training activities to increase your ability to live independently as possible. Our qualified support staff will help you build your confidence and independence, assisting you to work towards living a life where you can be more self reliant and be self-reliant with your day to day activities.
Personal Care & Support
Supporting you with everyday personal care, giving you the assistance you need to live as independently at home with some help from our caring support team. We are also there to promote self-care and support you to learn these personal skills to be as independent as possible.
Short Term Accommodation (STA) & Supported Independent Living (SIL)
With our Short Term Accommodation & Supported Independent Living services across Adelaide, we assist and mentor you to learn and further develop your life skills. Our aim is to help you live your life as free, happy, and independent as possible. Creativ Minds focuses on supporting you with and/or mentoring you through daily tasks to help develop the life skills you require. Together, we will work out what you need, and we’ll be there to provide you with assistance and support required to ensure you get to live independently and build the skills you need to do so.
Social & Community Participation
Get out and about and join in community and social activities with the support from our caring team. Our qualified staff will support you to build your confidence, and assist you along the way to build your independence.
Social & Group Activities
Being social in a group environment gives us opportunities to meet new people, establish connections, try out new activities and develop new skills. Our tailored activities help us acknowledge and celebrate our own uniqueness and diversity.
