Hi, I’m Lucas!
Disability Mentor & Support Worker
My name is Lucas, and I grew up in Darwin! I love people and sharing stories. My strengths are communication, compassion and understanding. I enjoy everything outdoors from hiking to fishing! I also enjoy animals and have a collection of fish tanks at home.
What is important to me?
Fitness and health is important to me as I believe if your body is happy so is your mind! It helps me stay focused and keeps me grounded and disciplined.
Family is most important to me and I have a close bond with my parents. Having a close family has given me a support system like no other, it allows me to lean on my family when I need to and I always know I will get unconditional support, love and advice when I need it.
Being kind is important to me, everyone has their own challenges but I believe that if we are all kind we can all find common ground and get along. Showing respect and understanding can bridge many gaps and it is the least we can offer one another.
Gratefulness is important to me as we are so blessed to live in such a beautiful country. We have so much to be thankful for.
Fun fact – I can speak fluent German!
